The Scalextric model
The legendary Ford GT40 dominated the race tracks of the world in the years 1966 to 1969. The classic endurance race car won Le Mans four times in a row.
Later on some veteran chassis came into the possession of devotees, who were able to make their GT40’s rise like a phoenix from the ashes. This model in racing green and yellow represents one of these renovated cars. The history behind the race number 40 remains a mystery.
